EV Charger Installation Service

Service Details:

• Standard Installation Includes:

  • RCBO Type A protection device in the existing utility panel box
  • 10m single-phase/three-phase cable run
  • Installation of the charging station at the customer's preferred location per assessment
  • Full testing and certification of the charging station as operational

• Turnkey Residential Installation Process:

  • The customer is contacted within 24 hours of an initial inquiry.
  • EVLOOK organizes an APP or site inspection.
  • Installation to be completed within 5 business days following install date confirmation.

• Not Included:

  • Custom Work: Work outside of the scope of the standard installation described above will be at extra cost and sold by the EVLOOK Certified Installers directly to the consumer. EVLOOK has negotiated regional contractor pricing to ensure controls on pricing and customer experience.
  • Scope of Work: If work required exceeds the standard installation, EVLOOK offers an individual quote for further work. The standard installation covers single-phase connections with a charger installed within 10 meters of a building's electrical box. It only considers the customer’s existing available electricity and does not include costs for upgrading a domestic electricity supply (e.g., from single-phase to three-phase power).
